What is your favorite cookbook? Culture and Cuisine by Linda Citvallo – Well, it’s more of a reading book…

Ingredients you could not live without? Tomatoes, Garlic, Butter, anything fresh and seasonal!

What gives you pleasure on the job every day? Watching other people discover new marvels in the world of cooking and food.

What was your worst disaster in the kitchen? Hollandaise sauce and I don’t get along…

How did you turn it around? Just keep whisking, just keep whisking…

What advice do you have for new Culinarians? Follow your passion, and learn something new every day – no matter what!
