The ACF Central Florida Chapter is excited to host the ACF Culinary Arts Competition—for the 21st year in a row—during the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Show held on September 10-12, 2017. This year, we have some exciting competition changes. Several ACF-Sanctioned competition favorites remain, but we have added a few new open tasting competitions to bring show attendees into the fun.

Elections for the Board of Directors of the ACF Central Florida Chapter occur every two years. The next chapter elections are this fall for the 2018-2019 term. Nominations will be open in September and voting will take place in December for the following elected positions: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Sergeant at Arms. Nominations are now open for these positions. Get involved with the elections—nominate a fellow chapter member today!
