Summer Updates: Certification, Annual FRLA Show, NACE Event and more

The summer season is here. It’s time to bring out the grill for cook-outs with family and friends and to have some fun in the sun. Don’t forget to lather up with sunscreen while you’re out…The practical exam is open to all interested candidates. You do not have to be an ACF member…We are planning a joint event with NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) in July. The event will be a team building event helping the sales/catering people communicate to the Chefs…and more!


New Membership Chairperson – Chef Keith Esbin

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Keith Esbin, Corporate Chef of Bar Harbor Seafood/Boston Lobster Feast, as the new Membership Chairperson. Chef Keith does not hold back when it comes to approaching people and he has a high spirited personality that is needed for the position. I am confident that Chef Keith will be able to recruit new members into our Chapter as well as bringing back members that have not renewed their membership.


ACF/CFC Claims SE Regional Chapter of the Year 2011
