What a great trip we had to Long & Scott Farms. The trip was as fun as it was educational. Photos can be found in an album on our chapter Facebook page. This is a NO BUSINESS ZONE EVENT, so no chef coats! Please wear your party shirt with palm trees, your island flowered shirt or your nicest tourist selection. Let’s have Fun!

The ACF National Convention “Cook, Craft, Create” is quickly approaching this July 30th thru Aug 3rd. We will soon be sending out information on volunteering. Please get involved.
US Foodservice Presents: The 2015 ACF Culinary Arts Competition! You are invited to participate in the culinary competitions at the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s annual food show sponsored by the ACF Central Florida Chapter. This event will take place October 6th-8th, 2015 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. These competitions are now Worldchefs Sanctioned Competitions (WACS).
