Here’s what is on the chapter news board as we get ready to kick off 2015.

2015 President’s Annual Awards Gala: It’s award season and you are invited to the annual ACF/CFC President’s Gala! Held at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort on Sunday, January 11th, 2015.

6:00 pm Cocktails & Cash Bar
7:00 pm  Dinner & Awards
Dress is Black Tie Optional
$55.00 per person
$35.00 for student members

Self Parking will be $6:00 if you enter at the Pacifica Ballroom entrance which is closer to the event. Parking is full price if you use the front entrance.
Culinary Competitions: Chefs, you are invited to participate in one of the finest Chefs Competitions in the nation. The 11th Annual Southeastern Hot Foods Competition, the 5th Annual South Carolina Seafood Competition and an assortment of other competitions, will be held on the show floor of the 39th Annual Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Supply Show of the Southeast from January 27th – 29th, 2015. 2015 ChefConnect Baltimore: This year’s four ACF Regional Conferences have been merged into two Signature Events. Our event will be at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront from Sunday, February 15th thru Tuesday, February 17th. Registration is $550 for the conference.
