ACF Southeast Members and Friends,
I’m really looking forward to working with all of you to help create an environment of widespread communication and growth throughout our region. As I spoke to you over the last few months, I talked about representing the principles of the Southeast to the National Board. For this to be accomplished, I will be need lots of help from all of you to get these principles communicated to me and set in stone.
The first and most important step in setting up our new line of communication is the naming of my Southeast Regional Vice President’s Assistant. I thought a long time about this and I just kept coming up with one incredible chef to help me lead our region to reach these principles of ours.
Chef Nora Galdiano CEC, ACE is the Executive Chef at Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs in Orlando, Florida along with being the current President of the outstanding Orlando Chapter. The goal here is to have Nora and myself function in unison to meet the needs of our large and busy region. Nora and chefs like herself are the true future of our organization!
Our first newsletter will be out in mid-October with all the details of how we will be communicating with each other and where we are headed as a Region based upon your incredibly valuable input.
