Vic Rose with Cured Cuisine is offering our ACF members an opportunity to attend a one-of-a-kind Charcuterie class in Orlando.

 

Cured Cuisine to host a charcuterie class at Bari Meats International in Orlando with Chef Brian Polcyn.

Chef Polcyn co-authored the top selling book Chacuterie with one of the most highly regarded food writer today, Michael Ruhlman.

The foreward was written by Thomas Keller. Chef Polcyn’s new book Salume, was just released a few weeks ago.

 

Class Dates & Times:

Class Cost: $525.00

Sunday, November 11, 2012- 9am to 3pm

Monday, November 12, 2012 -9am to 3pm

9:00am to 9:30am (Continental Breakfast)

9:30am to 2:00pm (Class Hours)

2:00pm to 3:00pm (Wine/Beer Pairings with various charcuterie products, plus open discussion with Chef Polcyn.

Unfortunately, the class is only limited to 20 spots and there are only a few spots remaining.
