Renowned Orlando Chef Louis Perrotte received the coveted President’s Medallion award during the ACF National Convention in Orlando July 14-17, 2012.

ACF President’s Medallions are awarded to ACF members who exemplify culinary excellence and leadership and who have contributed their knowledge, skills and expertise to the advancement of the culinary profession. The  medallion was presented by ACF National President Michael Ty, CEC, AAC during the General Session on Monday, July 16, 2012.
